Item Liderazgos, pactos e insurrecciones : líderes indígenas y el poder estatal 1843-1859(El Colegio de Sonora, 2016-09-02) Garcia Rivera, Edna Lucia; GARCIA RIVERA, EDNA LUCIA; 442626; Trejo Contreras, Zulema; 37592; BORRERO SILVA, MARIA DEL VALLE; 25844; Escobar Ohmstede, Antonio; 10443La presente investigación aborda los liderazgos, pactos y negociaciones realizadas por autoridades indígenas y el poder estatal, durante el periodo de 1843 a 1859 en Sonora, mediante dos estudios de caso correspondientes al yaqui Mateo Marquín y el ópata Luis Tánori. Lo anterior, se realiza a través del marco teórico que provee la antropología política sobre el estudio de los liderazgos y su diferenciación entre liderazgo por autoridad y poder profundizado en la historiografía argentina por Martha Bechis. Asimismo, utilizo la cultura política desde el enfoque planteado por Almond y Verba para conocer los sentimientos, actitudes y valoraciones que tienen los líderes hacia cómo están y deberían ser gobernados; de igual forma, la cultura política vista a través de los discursos como prácticas simbólicas mediante los cuales se realizan demandas, permitiendo conocer su contexto de enunciación. Los referentes anteriores posibilitaron conocer el proceso de desarrollo del liderazgo de los capitanes generales, que garantizaron su efectiva intermediación entre el poder estatal y los grupos indígenas que representaban. Asimismo, las acciones subalternas que llevaron a cabo a través de las gavillas, cuando el cargo que representaba la posición, autoridad e intermediación política desapareció a instancias del poder estatal.Item Prácticas políticas, sociedad y territorio en la subdelegación de Huitzo, Intendencia de Oaxaca, 1786-1825.(El Colegio de Sonora, 2022-10-12) Rodríguez Rodríguez, Óscar, sustentante; Rodríguez Rodríguez, Óscar;#0000-0003-3399-0015; Trejo Contreras, Zulema;D 37592; BORRERO SILVA, MARIA DEL VALLE; 25844; Alcauter Guzmán, José Luis;#0000-0001-8821-4051La Ordenanza de Intendentes de 1786 propició una cascada de cambios jurisdiccionales y territoriales en la Nueva España. Con la emergencia de las Intendencias y subdelegaciones cambió el mapa político para las Alcaldías mayores y Corregimientos. La transición al modelo liberal generó una oleada de disputas entre aquellos que anhelaban el retorno al antiguo régimen. La suerte que siguió la implementación de la Ordenanza en Oaxaca fue caótica. Al respecto podemos enunciar al menos tres situaciones. La primera, las elites locales buscaron derogarla. Segunda, con el estallido insurgente y la toma de la ciudad de Oaxaca por los rebeldes las dinámicas internas de la Intendencia se modificaron. Tercera, entre la derogación de la Ordenanza de Intendentes y la implantación del Constitucionalismo gaditano; y, la vuelta al absolutismo y la restitución de la Constitución de Cádiz (1812-1820) se produjeron innumerables confusiones entre los funcionarios encargados de implementar la normativa jurídico-administrativa correspondiente, fenómeno que desató controversias de competencia y jurisdicción entre autoridades de los diversos niveles de gobierno. En esos términos, el objetivo del trabajo es analizar la trayectoria jurídica-institucional de la Ordenanza de Intendentes de 1786 en la subdelegación de Huitzo durante el periodo de 1786 a 1825. El hilo conductor de los capítulos que integran el trabajo son las competencias jurisdiccionales. La jurisdicción se vincula tanto a la potestad misma de juzgar o al territorio-escenario sobre el cual los funcionarios estaban autorizados a actuar. La integración de la discusión gira en torno a tres temas: la jurisdicción como problema, las elecciones y el fuero militar.
